What supplements do you all take???

  I take pregnacare which is folic acid along with all the other vitamins and things xx

  I take folic acid and vitamins at the moment, hubby is going to start taking zinc when I buy it for him he he I keep forgetting naughty me!!!

  I take Sanatogen mother to be tablets - its folic acid and some other vit and minerals. My OH takes Sanatogen father to be tablets which is Zinc and some other stuff in it.

  hi hun, we take the same as snugglenush. i also take vit b6 and evening primrose oil (up till ov).xxx

  I take Santogen mother to be which is Folic Acid + other random vitamins and my husband takes something called Zinc Ace which we found in boots, it's basically just Zinc and a couple of other vitamins designed to keep the male reproductive system healthy.
