Implantation pains? Is there such a thing?

Hi Guys, So i'm certain i ovulated a week ago today. I have been having like a dull ache/light cramps in my lower stomach and back and was wondering if that could be signs of my period or implantation pains? I have read loads and loads on the internet about implantation pains etc. but some people say they don't exist... Does anyone else know anything about this?

Hi,

I can't speak from experience, but from what I've been reading, like other pregnancy signs and symptoms, some people get them and some don't. I think it's kind've like when some people know they're pregnant and some people don't have a clue until they're late and do a test.

Sorry I can't be of more help, but maybe some other ladies can be.
