Which pre seed do you use?

  I use the zestica spray, easy to use and can use it spontaniusly (sp) unlike pre seed. This is my first month on using it tho, so only time will tell.
  I got my zestica from amazon for about 8 quid, babydust xxx

  I have the zestica spray but use the internal zestica when ov. Got bfp first month of using that and cbfm (turned out to be ectopic) and will be using both again in january when ttc again x x
