yeasty poo
my 6 month old's poo smelt really yeasty today. she is fully breastfed, and being baby led weaned so she does eat a bit of food.
the past couple of days i havent been noticing her poos, i dont think they've been smelly at all, and shes got a rash on her bum.
can someone let me know what this is all about as its a saturday and i will have to waita ges for someone to call me back.
