Sorry to ask such a silly question but I'm not quite sure how to work out when I'm due my period after coming off the pill. I finished my withdrawal period (I think that's what it was) on the 16th December, do I count 21 or 28 days from then?

You count 28 days from the first day of your 'full flow', CD1 is always this day
