how do you know when to start the SMEP if you are so irreg??

MY Af's are ridiculously irregular to the point i am fed up counting days & started just guessing when im ov'ing cause soooo sick of poas for opk's. if af doesnt arrive 2 weeks after ive had some ewcm i just think ok i was wrong & keep watching out for it. Ive had ewcm 3 times this cycle & no sign of af so bascially the smep says on day 8 or whatever start using your opk's & bd bla bla bla but is there a method for irregular girlies like myself??

I think the method would be to bd every other day from day 8, and then keep on going until day 35, testing if af hasn't arrived.

Not thick at all! There are so many abbreviations. SMEP stands for Sperm Meets Egg Plan.
