Just got mine. It doesn't really sound particularly repentant, just a bit dictatorial about what we should or shouldn't do about it. No mention of police except that they are searching their offices, not how to involve them if there is an issue on your bank account. Very unimpressed all over again. Still, perfect letter for the school applications people who require the most recent child benefit letter to prove one's address!
