  • Hi! According to my maths I am 5weeks 1 day and am due 5th April 2018 (obviously!) I'm super excited but a bit nervous as I had a miscarriage in May, Ive been having cramps, which as I understand is normal, but I want to fast forward to my scan so I can see baby and know everything is ok!

  • Hiya MrsG25, congratulations on your pregnancy and welcome to Due in April! We're so sorry to hear of your loss, and would love to wish you a super sticky bean. And don't worry, we're sure there will be lots of other women joining you here soon.

  • Hey, I also have the same due date 05/04/18! This is my second pregnancy my little boy is 5 now and I'm super anxious this time round. Been having lots of cramping everyday with occasional spotting which didn't happen during my last pregnancy. My GP says it's normal but I can't help but worry.

  • Hi Mia123, welcome to MadeForMums and congratulations on your pregnancy! These early days of pregnancy can be so worrying, can't they?

  • Mia123 it's scary isn't it? But I'm glad I'm not the only one. I've also been having really vivid  dreams, if I wasn't sure that I dream in colour before I sure am now! Last night i was pulling carrots from the ground and there were 80 chickens, some of them giant!

How funny that we have the same due date 😊 With every day that's passes I feel a bit more secure x

  • Hello everyon! I just found out as well! I have my first DR appt on Monday, can't wait! I'm praying for sticky bean for all of us! I too had a miscarriage around this same time last year. (Not sure of my due date just yet, but I am sure it's in April)

  • Yay! What symptoms have you both been having? I'm still waiting on my midwife appointment, should be in the next few weeks

  • Hi Nylabanks, welcome and huge congratulations to you!

  • Hi there! My husband and I have been trying to conceive for 2 years and we're over the moon that we're finally pregnant! We just found out yesterday! And it might end up being an April Fool baby lol. We only moved into a new house last week so it's all happening! I've not even registered with the local GP yet, but suddenly that's all the more important so I'll be doing that today or tomorrow. We were all set to go to an infertility centre in Sheffield later on this month. Guess I'll have to cancel that appointment now! I can't believe it's finally happened!

  • Hi hellywelly88, huge congratulations on your BFP! It's so funny, we often see on the forum as soon as people's appointments to see fertility specialists come up, they fall pregnant - you guys must be over the moon!

  • Morning ladies,

Congratulations to you all, I am delighted to announce I too am having an April baby, due date 9th April 2018.

I have a wee boy who is 1 year 10 months so will be lovely to add to our family.

Symptom wise I am having the really vivid dreams as well, engorged boobs- sore at times and a lot of gas -sorry TMI lol

    xx

  • I'm 25 on Sunday and this is my fist child, my husband and I are very excited but scared!! I remember my mum telling me that she used to have vivid dreams while pregnant and I always thought 'ok mum, its just a dream'...its crazy how I feel so unsettled and unrested afterwards, even if it wasn't a bad dream.

    Where is everyone living?

  • Congrats MrsG25, its such an exciting time. What date in April are you due?

    I'm living in N. Ireland

  • I'm due 5/4/18....I missed a call from a mobile number about an hour ago and I'm wondering if I ran the midwife wanting to book me in?! I have no idea how it all works 😂

I'm  in Berkshire in the south(ish) of England!

  • That's meant to  be 'wondering if was the midwife' 🙄

  • Hi All,

My husband and I found out we were pregnant about 2 weeks ago! It all seems a bit surreal at the moment as it has taken 2 1/2years to get here and out gynacologist was about to refer us to the fertility clinic.  I have been having some cramps and my boobs have been sore. Some days i have barely any symptons  I worry it's all gone wrong. Does anyone know if it's normal not to have symptoms all the time?

    Congratulations everyone!

  • Congratulations! This is my first pregnancy and only coming upto 6 weeks but the last few days my symptoms  seemed to have disappeared...last night I felt awful and so far today I i havent been able to shake the feeling of feeling sick, haven't had cramps for about 3 days now but really bloated. I was worried about the lack of symptoms, today I don't know what I was worrying about 😂 Good job I work term time and I can just lie on the sofa all day

  • Hi mcp14 and BeckyC, congratulations to you both and welcome to Due in April! We're so glad to have you both here.

  • Hello 😊 So tested twice now and I've calculated I'm due beginning Of April. It's a happy/sad feeling as I have a wee one who is 2 years 11 months and had crazy PND so partner is super worried about this but this time round I am going to make sure I get all the support available to me!

  • Hi I'm oregnant with my 2nd and I'm only 4 weeks - but trust me with my first I was 6 weeks before I even thought to test. the feelings will come and go!
