The fear is real

Hi there, 

I found about my pregnancy a week ago today. I am completely overcome with fear. Not fear of being a mum, fear of the changes to my body and the fear of child birth (which sounds so dramatic) I’m only 6 weeks!! I’m struggling to sleep, not sure if anyone else has this, I think I’m laying awake consumed by my thoughts.. and the pain that is shooting through my boobs! 

I genuinely just feel so scared 😧 xx
