Tender belly 10 weeks

When I press on my lower abdomen it’s tender to touch. It doesn’t hurt but feels very tender. Is this normal?
also when I look in the mirror, above my pubic bone I see the tiniest bump and it pokes out a bit right in the middle, when I rub my hand over it you could feel the small bump. Is this baby growing?

    I would speak to midwife about the tenderness just to be sure. It could just be tenderness due to like trapped wind but no harm in checking in x... as for the bump it may be baby or bloating. If it’s not your first, you could easily be seeing a bump this early. If your first, still maybe baby. I was showing well at 14 weeks with my first and massive bump now only at 13 weeks. Fingers crossed for you :)
