Hey guys I’m K I’m a few weeks pregnant Been feeling sick experiencing nausea headaches and vomiting 🤮 . Any thing I can use or take to relive this ? X

Hi there and congrats! I nibbled on ginger nut biscuits throughout my pregnancy to relieve sickness x
