Pregnant, but bleeding, apparently bruised implantation

Hi I’m new to this part of the group I’ve been ttc for just over 4 years an I found out 4 week ago I’m pregnant I’m due the end of may..I’m scared because I’ve been bleeding so had to have an internal last week everything seemed ok an in the right place but apparently when implantation took place it bruised me so that’s causing the bleeding still scared now my oldest is 12 x
