  • Dear Mrs DAO

    Miscarriage / PCOS

A miscarriage itself can disrupt hormone levels and also the emotional distress of miscarriage can have a knock on effect on the body. What were your periods like before your miscarriage?
In PCOS its important to eat a diet which keeps blood sugar levels balanced, to acheive this we recommend you reduce your intake of sugar, sweets, chocolate, white bread, pasta and rice and snacks or meals only comprising carbs. Eat more wholegrains eg: wholegrain pasta and brown rice, unrefined carbs, fibre, oily fish such as salmon or mackerel, nuts, seeds, olive oil, lentils, beans. fresh fruit and vegetables. Try to eat protein with every meal.

Mineral & toxicity testing / agnus castus

Yes there's more info about mineral & toxicity testing on our website. Regarding agnus castus, we've written a blog post about this which you can find at http://junonaturalfertility.com/archives/725.

  • Dear upthetick

    Homeopathy evidence

Regarding the study into female hormone-related sterility, researchers found positive effect in 38 out of 67 women (57%). We agree that further research would be useful.
