Changing from JSA to Income Support

I started claiming job seekers around two weeks ago when i was 26 weeks pregnant and had my first job centre appointment last thursday, however i've had no luck at finding a job because its on my profile i am due in september and no one will employ me.

I was told i could claim income support from 29 weeks and was given a date by the job centre (9th July) when i can put the claim in, will i have to sign off from job seekers and is there a certain amount of time you have to be on job seekers before you sign off? Im just confused by it all since its my first time claiming anything so help will be appreciated!
