  Hi, you just cut it in half length ways and remove the stone. Then just scoop out the inside and mash it with a fork. I just use the hand held blender as I'm lazy but a fork is good enough!
  
  Henry eats a whole one in one go and loves it!
  
  btw you can't freeze avocado!

  thanks, will try it when he's a little bigger. Had it with mashed banana and polished it off!
