foods to eat in pregnancy?
hi. my midwife has only given me a list of what NOT to eat in pregnancy, was wondering if anyone knows what its GOOD to eat in pregnancy? cant seem to find info anywhere.

If you had a healthy diet previous to becoming pregnant then you don't need to change anything. Lots of fruit & veg, lean mean, fish and pulses.
You don't need to eat the extra 500 calories per day until your 3rd trimester and this should be made up of healthy extras. I swapped reduced fat dairy products for full fat versions and made sure I always had banana's in my fruit bowl.
