pick me up foods for me!!!!!!

Hi all,
I'm feeling pretty washed out at the moment and just wondered if anyone had any suggestions on good food that might give me a boost.
When I say good food I don't mean choccy or sweets(as yummy as they are!!).
I have lost interest in meal times and i've NO imagination for creating meals as I'm so busy with my three little darlings(four if you include the hubby!!) So any tips will be great. I already eat alot of nuts but after a while they get boring.
I hate Spinach so please don't suggest that but I will eat almost anything!!!!!

    How about fresh and dried fruit. No prep involved, just pick up and eat, and they provide slow release energy which will keep you going far longer than sweets or chocs.

    You could also try drinking berrocca. It is a vitamin boost drink, completely natural, doesn't put on calories and will give you a real boost.
