Irish Stew..........

Replies

  • hi everyone was just looking through the dif forums and found this one. I was a stew aby whn i was little and it did me wonders (it also saved my mum a lot of hard work). Stew is very nutritouc, especially my nans version lol, and all my family including ages 2-73 love it here on fridays for my stew. We had visotrs from ireland here last week and their 8 month old (who is VERY fussy when it comes to eating) loved it! its got so many nutrients that are great for children, and once you have made it (a very large pot full in my case) it can be kept even after every one has had dinner for th next evening, as supper, and the kids love it when its mashed up in their bowls. PLUS THEY DONT EVEN REALISE ALL THE VEG THEY ARE EATING. Bonus.
