6 months and doesn't seem ready for food?
Hi,
Everyone seems to have weaned their babys by now but Amelie is 6 months old next week and was 20lb 4oz at her last weigh in. She is also sleeping all night so I don't feel she needs any food yet at all.
But what do I do? Do I HAVE to start weaning her now? I'm just unsure. I breastfed for 4 months but now she is now on Aptimal 1. 5 x 7oz bottles a day.
Should I change to Aptimal 3 if this has greater iron levels in it?
Any advice appreciated?

I think you do still have to start so they get enough nutrients, and my thinking on this is to try and if it really doesn't work then leave it a week and try again.
