5 a day

you know we are all being told we should have 5 fruit/veg a day. well what about babies??? lo is 1 now and i think she has a good varied diet. but what sort of quantity counts as 1 of your 5?? i normally sneak some fruit in her breakfast, 2 veggies at dinner 2 veggies at tea and some fruit for desert. she is such a root veggie girl!

  • also meant to say last night (how tired was i!!) has anyone had a chikoo?? i got some from tesco reduced to 35p. i get unusual fruit when its reduced then if we dont like it i can just chuck it on the composed. its well nice! really sweet and caramely. lo liked it to. it does have quite a bit of sugar, but at least its natural. yum yu m
