Vegetarian babies

Does anyone know if its ok to give 6 month old baby tofu and soya ??
Going to give him some pasta bolognaise but I always make it with quorn mince and I dont know if babies can have that!! :\?

    my son, although not a veggie, has had soya & tofu since he was weaned at 4 months. I use alprosoy yogurts & milk & we make a lot of bean curd based thai food for him to eat. Only advice his dietician gave me was not to give too much soya under 6 months.

    OK thanks he's 28 weeks now so should be ok!
