How do you upload pic for Avator??

Hi,

I'm trying to upload pic of my little girl but it doesn't work, i've followed the intructions on profile page and it enteres in the details of my pic but it just won't save?

Any tips greatfully received, as it could still be my baby brain!!!:\?
