7 weeks pregnant and have an ovarian cyst

I am 7 weeks pregnant and an ultrasound showed an ovarian cyst, my doctor said that it's nothing to worry, the cyst should go and it's a nutrition for the baby's placenta. But i am still worried. :\?

    if your doc says its just a cyst i'd try to put it out of your head - I had pre-cancerous cells in my cervix which they found when i was in early pregnacy and they didn't remove them until 3 months after i'd given birth. They hadn't developed and my lo is great. I'd def get checked out a few months after your lo is born to put your mind at ease.
