How do I organise a christening?

How do I go about organising a christening? I'm going to see the vicar this week, is there anything specific I need to ask? Who should I invite? What should I wear? So many questions!

There aren't any specific questions but the vicar may want to ask you (if you don't normally attend church) to attend some classes so you understand what a christening (baptism) involves. Have a look at this site http://www.cofe.anglican.org/lifeevents/baptismconfirm/baptism1.html
I would wear something quite formal (no jeans!) or dressy but conservative (no backless or boobs!). Generally invite who you can afford to feed if you are having a do afterwards - mainly close family and friends. Good luck!
