i have a cold and need advice!

hello.. i am 18weeks pregnant and i havnt been feelign well for about 2 weeks now and i am just getting worse i have had a cold but my mam is sayis its the flu which is worse.. my throat is really sore and swelled i need something good !i have lockets but there not doing anything!



I have tryed the seaming and a lot more thing to get rid of my blocked nose.. it feels like i can't breathe and i have had to turn to a nasle spray until i can try something what i know i can have as i shouldnt really take the nasle spray but it does say take with caution if pregnant!



please help and give me some other options!
