I trust she didn't single you out as any female can fall pregnant within a year which includes bride & bridesmaids alike. Be honest with her about how you feel. I have told my sister I don't wish to be her bridesmaid as I wish to attend with my family as a family. Like you I don't like having the choices of clothing/hairdo made for me & I simply told her so. Yes she was disappointed but I pointed out she'll have better wedding pics of me happy with my family rather than miserable as her bridesmaid.
