Really really bad nappy rash!!
Hi everyone, My 13 month of son has got to worse nappy rash I have ever seen! It's red raw all around his private area and around the creases in the tops of his legs, it is also risen into little spots! I'm at a dead end now I have tried every cream going and still not better it hasn't even improved. Any advice will to great! Thank you Mummytobear

This may sound odd but is he teething at present? The saliva they produce when teething is more acidic which can make their wee & poo more acidic also so they get blotchy red skin which can blister & bleed. Alongside the creams keeping a regular nappy change schedule will help (i.e. change within every 2hrs). Best wishes & hope he feels better soon.
