recently found out i'm pregnant with my first child

hi everyone. i'm new to this forum but i'm looking forward to chatting to other new mums and first time mums like myself.  i have just found out that i'm expecting my first child in April. i'm hoping people can give me more information and advice, it would be appreciated.
