Benefit entitlements

I am 21 and 12 weeks pregnant. I work 12 hours a week as a creche assistant. I live with my grandparents, but they are moving abroad next year. I have my name down for council accomadation as i am no longer with my boyfriend.  Am i entitled to any benefits whilst working?. Also if i get a property i need to apply for housing benefit how do i do this?. Can i carry on working whilst claiming benefits after my maternity leave is up?. What kind of money would i get. I really dont know where to start its all very confusing :0(
