  These are the things my 6 year old enjoys:

  Craft sets

  Puzzle books - ones with mazes, spot the difference, that kind of thing

  Hair stuff

  Games - Bananagrams, Pit, Happy Families

  Jigsaw puzzles

  Books - she's enjoyed recently reading 'Tumtum and Nutmeg' books by Emily Bearn, any of those Rainbow Fairy books, books by Holly Webb who seems to have written umpteen stories about puppies and kittens, 100 mile an hour dog books by Jeremy Strong, and Dirty Birtie books by David Roberts

  One Direction CD

  DVDs - Despicable Me and Mary Poppins have been recent favourites

  Cuddly toys (she likes these way more than dolls)

  Pencils, pens that kind of thing
