Healthy cheap quick and not containign dairy or toamtoes makes for a bloody difficult and small selection! Your go to favourties much appreciated
Thai green curry, fajitas, wraps, roasted vegetable lasagne/pasta bake (omit the tomatoes and use dairy-free cheese sauce), falafel, homemade chicken kebabs, chicken pie/stew /curry using leftovers from a roast, soup (using stock made from roast chicken).
