My jaw hurts so much

I had a tooth otu and soemthing done to my jaw last week and it still hurts so much. It is much better than it was. I have managed withotu any painkillers today which has left me on the grumpy side but I am pleased I have amanged to survive without them IYSWIM? All I can think about is getting the kids to bed and taking my night time pain killers! I have so much to do but it keeps distracting me! I need it better before I go back to work as I have so much work stuff to do plus I won't be able to work with it like this
