I just tasted my slow cooked chilli, that has been cooking for four hours. obviously not long enough as its not cooked. Is it ok to put in the oven to speed up the process, if so for how long?
Yes just put it in oven, iv no idea re timings or temp as I pretty much guess it and hope for the best. Maybe 160 for an 40 mins/hour???
How uncooked is it?
Could u put it in a pot on the hob, boil it up then just simmer on low heat till ready
I have it in the oven, have put it in for 40 then going to try it. Can't wait I am so hungry!
