Thursday Weight Loss
Morning
I had a really good day yesterday, no snacking, had a good session at the gym and was under calories. I'm at work again today which keeps me on track but no gym tonight as H is at work and doesn't get in until 6.30ish any by that time I can't be bothered to go back out.

I'm not on the chart but then I dont post every day! BUT I lost 2lb this week! Go me! Gym membership starts tomorrow so I'm hoping to be in the size 10s within a few months (unless i finally get up the duff!!)

I had a good day yesterday but no exercise today other than school runs thanks to a cold and headache. Current weight is 159.8lbs and target is 147lbs for now.

I was way over on calories yesterday but it was my wedding anniversary. I am going for a swim today to try and get rid of some of the excess!
