lower abdomen pain

Pls I need an urgent reply. I am 9wks & 2days. Last night  I had Lower abdomen pain especially on the left side, that I can't lie down until this morning I went to toilet and it comes down a bit. Also the lower backache is killing me. I guess is normal. No vomit, nausea, hard smell feeling or morning sickness. Only in my 5-7wks I had spotting, then I decided to hv bed rest and it stopped & tender breast. Now these abdomen pain & backache. 

Again is it normal my stomach at this time is getting big, despite that I do hv bloated stomach. Waiting for reply thanks.
