I have pregnancy signs but also feel like period may start did early pregnancy test but was negative anyone else experienced this?

Me ! my nipples are so stiff and prickly ! I have period pains but no bleed yet 2 days late and im so hungry but I love food anyway but I feel like I could eat a small village hahah ! Restless legs at night but not sure if this is anything at all! Iv had a negative blood test but it was only a week after I thought I may of concieved ! I want my period to arrive or a positive test co I can't stand not knowing what my body is doing

Ive been opposite appetite lessened really tired its prob nothing i have 4 kids and on verge of final split so not great timing x
