Pregnancy tablets

hi, has anyone used either of these pregnancy tablets? As I'm TTC and wanting to know what one is best. 

FOR FEMALES 

-Ferro-f-tab ( iron & folic acid) 

-Elevit 

- Fefil (iron & folate supplement) 

- Blacksmores pregnancy- I-FOLIC 

and has anyone's partnper tried 

-Menevit ( for men)
