Redundancy!!!

hi, my husband has just been thretened with redundancy whilst we survived him loosing his job he has been put on to reduced hours.  Firstly I wondered if anyone has any tips on us coping with this financial problem.  We have a 3 year ol little girl but was planning on starting to try for another this month.

We have always been fairly comfortable as I work full time and am currently studying 1 day a week for a diploma.  Whilst my career is going up my husband feel very let down with his and like he has let us down especially has he is fully qualified in his job and vastly experienced.

should we hold out for another????
