Bleeding

Hey ladies, I am having bit of problem....I haven't seen my period in a month. Last month which was September I got up one morning and was bleeding I went straight to the er and they told me I had a UTI...went home an that was that..but this morning I got up with the same same thing only difference is the bleeding is lighter..I don't know what to make of this..is anyone here going through that same thing cause I am so scared
