Period?!

Okay so I recently had my 1st implant removed on 22nd of September 2016 and had my second one put in, it's been less than two weeks and my period has come back i have been on since the 11th.. is it normal? Feeling a bit paranoid about it but not sure when I had it out in the first time I didn't bleed for about 3/4 months if that helps?..
