Post baby trapped wind

Hi, 

I was wondering if any other mums has suffered with painful trapped wind after having their baby? 

I've never experienced it before having ny baby but when she was about 3months i started getting it, everyday....it's excruciating!! I was getting very worn down from the pain and am getting nevrous about eating and drinking. i have started taking peppermint and wind tablets three times a day now which seems to have helped but i dont want to living my life taking over the counter tablets everyday 😧
