Second pregnancy but worried mat leave will be lonely as the first time. Time to join the NCT?

I am currently 22 weeks into my 2nd pregnancy, everything seems to be going well. First pregnancy was the same.  My little girl is now 21 months and although a lot of fun, she is a real handful and very spirited! I also work full time.  Me and hubby bit tired and stressed to be honest!

The only thing I am starting to feel is that my maternity leave will be as lonely as the first time. I went to some groups but never made any connections. And as I couldn't drive,  felt very isolated.  Of course I got out and about, walking and getting buses. But I am worried I will be this lonely again,  and at home with 2 little people. 

Should I think about joining the NCT? I have heard some good things,  but just thought I would do some more digging!
