Balloon danger

  Did anyone read in "the Sun" yesterday about the danger to children of balloons in parties.  Two scientists in Alberta, Canada said that balloon bursting could be harmful to children years in later life, one claiming a balloon bursting can be as loud as a gunshot.

  I find that hard to believe.  It would seem a shame if kids' parties were void of balloons. 

  Anyone think similarly?
