First period since having little one. He's now 20 months and I'm a mess
I am really struggling with the emotions today and it's my first period since I had my little one as I'm still feeding him. I feel awful. Please tell me this will pass and that it's normal?

I can’t comment on whether it’s normal or not to feel that way, but I know I’d awful as well. My little one is 13 weeks and I’m dreading that day. Hope you are feeling better now.
