Pregnant or What?+?

Hello..

So had two kids already close together.. now confused my baby is 2 months.. I feel  pregnant with loads symptoms....

Tierd 

Sore darker boobs

Nausea 

Cramps 

Back pain 

Increase appetite 

Headaches

I spotted instead of period a month ago 

But had negative test?? Advise please
