Bleeding 2 weeks after period?

just wondered if anyone could help?

i had my ds on the 20th of February. My body was all healed nearly a month later so me and my partner dtd. I seemed to have what I assumed was ovulation pain and discharge.My period returned on the 20th of March, and stopped on the 25th so pretty normal for me. I’m now bleeding again on the 5th of April? What could it be? Just a little concerned because something similar happened when I found out I was pregnant with my son. I had a full period and then did a test a few weeks later and found out I was pregnant. I’ve an on Cerazette for about a month now too so I should be protected from pregnancy right?
