Thinking of changing from contraceptive injection to the patch - anyone done this?

hello all mums out there I’m new to this so don’t know if I have posted in the right place. I have a question for anyone that has ever been on the contraceptive path he. I am now on the injection but thinking of going onto the patch as the injection is absolutely terrible I’ve gained so much weight my moods are horrendous I’m tired all the time and just had a really bad time since I started the injection and I’ve only had 3! Is the patch any better? I’m wanting to lose the weight I have gained as it is getting me down all the time I would hope my moods settle and I start feeling a little human again lol. Could someone give me any advice pleas?
