I didn’t see LH on the abbreviation list... but LH is Lutenizing Hormone... Which is the hormone that your body releases in relation to ovulation... you have a small amount of LH in your system throughout the cycle and then get a surge and peak roughly 12-36 hours before ovulation occurs. So ovulation tests (which sometimes have LH written on them if you’re using the cheapie strip tests) will show positive when your peak is happening.
