Could I be pregnant? Advice and thoughts please.

I am on the contraceptive patch, you put it on for 3 weeks, take it off for 1 and this is when your period should come, kind of like the pill. Every single time, my period has always came the second day after I have taken it off. Me and my boyfriend had sex every day I was ovulating and I was late on changing my patch more than once (irresponsible, I know). When I took my patch off, my ”period” came 2 days late (never happened before), and it is no where near as heavy as usual. I haven’t had my usual period symptoms.. could I be pregnant?
