Does anyone else really bloody hate having to go trick or treating?

Tonight i have to take my two kids trick or treating. Tried to convince them to dress up at home and dish out sweets, but they want to go out. I only let them knock on obvious doors (with pumpkins or decorations) but does anyone else really hate this or is just me? I feel like it's begging! Especially when we have a cupboard full of sweets at home!
